Our Introduction to Coffee course is a journey from coffee cherry (yes, a cherry!) all the way to the cappuccino in your cup.
We begin with the history of coffee and learn about how coffee is grown on a farm, processed, and shipped as green beans. We then explore our on-site roastery to see how green beans are shipped, roasted and packaged ready for your consumption.
We then dive into the different coffee origins of the world and how the flavour profiles of coffee vary between different origins. This is done through a coffee tasting (cupping) in which we sample a wide range of coffee from different countries and roasts.
After Completion You Can:
